High Times in MA?

Good news potheads. A huge push for a bill aimed at regulating and taxing a weed market in MA was made yesterday before a Judiciary Committee in Beacon Hill. The goal behind the Act is to promote jobs in commercial cannabis and bring revenue to the state in the form of excise taxes, license fees, etc.

Open for business

Legislators are reluctant to sign off on the bill, saying that the Act creates a slippery slope. Legalizing marijuana would only open the floodgates for similar bills about cocaine and LSD.

I don't know about you, but I could handle a pot store on the street corner. Shit, they practically exist now. A cocaine or LSD store on the corner?? I'm all set. No, thanks. I don't see it happening.

Come November, voters get to decide their weed fate. So if you wana hit Billy Bong Thornton, make sure you hit the Polls first.
